Born in Nashville during our second year of grad school, Lift & Coast was created with a simple belief: there’s power in knowing when to take your foot off the gas and lean into life’s naturally occurring momentum.

We channeled that energy into a drink made for the socially intentional — for people who want a modern buzz that fits their lifestyle. For people who make the most of their opportunities, who acknowledge that while hard work is a prerequisite for success, there are advantages to working smart and with the flow.

From after-work hangs and weddings to baby showers and “just because” nights, we wanted to create a drink that allowed you to be forever present — something intentional, modern, and actually enjoyable.
